We have just launched our customer case management web portal to give you more control and visibility of your support cases and how they are being managed.
How will it benefit you? As well as logging cases online, attachments such as screen grabs can be added and you can keep updated on the progress of your case by viewing any updates posted by engineers, you will also have visibility of any previously closed cases. This will allow you to more effectively track our performance and ensure we are delivering against the agreed SLA.
Calling the Customer Service Centre (CSC) is still best option for Urgent Cases
Customers can still call the CSC to log faults and raise cases and if your case is urgent, we highly recommend that this is still your first means of contact.
