Business Systems has recently been accepted as an NHS approved supplier for voice and data recording and quality monitoring solutions, after a thorough evaluation process, by the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency.
The contract awarded to Business Systems under the NHS purchasing framework makes the company a preferred supplier until 31st August 2008.

Business Systems provides recording solutions to a number of NHS departments, where medical advice is given out over the telephone, helping to protect themselves and to monitor adherence to guidelines. Customers include many out-of-hours doctor’s on-call services, ambulance control rooms and departments with telephone access within hospital trusts.
