Travel Public transport hotspots have been identified and engineering journeys will start earlier where required to ensure prompt onsite arrival. Home Working If movement becomes restrictive, home working contingencies will be implemented for select engineers to support customers who have opted for our remote support service. Installations & Non-Business Critical Work Will be scheduled to occur before or after the games where practical. Deliveries Will be reviewed in advance with time factored in for delays and suppliers will be asked to provide their own contingency plans. Resourcing Minimum required resource levels have been identified to ensure continuity of service throughout the duration of the games. Meetings Conference calls or web conferencing will be encouraged to minimise non-essential travel of engineers.
