The Forum Awards are renowned as a benchmark for excellence within the Resource Planning and Contact Centre industries, acknowledging remarkable achievements within this dynamic space.

The ‘Partnership Award’ celebrates collaborations that redefine industry standards and showcase a shared commitment to innovation and success. Business Systems and client, Motorway, earned their nomination for a collaborative project where Business Systems played a pivotal role in assisting Motorway exceed optimisation goals within their contact centre. This involved the careful selection and implementation of a new Workforce Management (WFM) System, ensuring Motorway maximised the potential of this technology.
