David Baughan

Chief Client Officer

Inspired by his brilliant teacher, who had a knack for motivating wilful children, David grew up wanting to be a part of the teaching profession. After joining Business Systems he has since encouraged company growth as a people-focused and client-led organisation. David is passionate about inspiring his colleagues, partners, and clients, and enjoys applying his 27 years’ worth of contact centre and Marketing knowledge to do just this. With a great love for anything car related, David appreciates life in the fast lane.

A knack for helping people, it comes as no surprise that Hamish grew up wanting to be a fireman. He joined Business Systems with over 25 years’ worth of experience in Contact Centre and Service Management. Hamish has a brilliant and diverse range of sector experience having worked in Financial Services, Automotive, Public Sector and Technology industries across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Australia. He also enjoys mountain biking and has a deep love for music, DJing on a regular basis in his spare time.

Mo Hassan

Client Success Manager

Mo grew up wanting to be an Architect. He soon discovered he had another passion – customer service. Mo brings with him a mound of experience, having worked as a Customer Service Manager and independant CX Project Manager. He joined Business Systems in early 2022 and helps clients develop their contact centres to meet their customers’ needs. In his spare time, Mo can often be found booking his ticket to the next Formula 1 race, having already been to Hungary and Monaco.
