Now in their 12th year, the European IT & Software Excellence Awards have been designed to recognise and reward excellence in European software development, IT and Telecoms solutions provision.
Isleworth-based Business Systems (UK) Ltd has been nominated based on its partnership with Corporate Modelling and its OPX solution, a Back Office Workforce Optimisation (BOWFO) platform suited to any organisation with concerns over productivity, rising operational costs, staffing issues, compliance and the customer experience.
Business Systems included customer references in the awards submission which highlight the tangible benefits it provides in the insurance space with this solution. For example, customer HCL Insurance Business Processing Outsourcing Services reported an increase in policies processed, an increase in transactions, a reduction in operational costs and a hugely impressive reduction in customer complaints. These figures are a reflection of both the potency of the software and the integration abilities of Business Systems.
