Depending on the needs of your business, we can provide training to individual agents, Team Leaders/Contact Centre Managers, QM/WFM departments and IT departments following either a new call recording or workforce optimisation installation or systems upgrade. ‘Train the trainer’ courses are also available, equipping you with the knowledge to confidently deliver internal training on new products or system upgrades.
