The agreement allows Business Systems to provide all UK public sector organisations with: Access to software and hardware integration services to allow API development from communications suite to external omni-channel applications Access to inbound and/or outbound contact centre management including automation and queuing to multiple answering points Inbound call management services for contact centre functionality Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2022/23, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £3.8 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
