The award will make it easier for public sector organisations to access Business Systems’ innovative solutions and expertise for a tenth year

London, September 12, 2022Leader in Enterprise Compliance and Customer Experience Solutions, Business Systems has announced their supplier status on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud 13 framework for Cloud Software for the 10th year running.

Local and Central Government Customers can continue to access the framework and choose Cloud Software technologies such as: Workforce Optimisation, Cloud Contact Centre Platforms, Robotic Process Automation, Video Conferencing, Video Management, Digital Interviewing, Call Recording & Retrieval and Mobile Call Recording.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. The framework ensures that providing services to government bodies is faster and cheaper than entering individual procurement contracts and is divided into three categories: cloud hosting; cloud software; and cloud support.

“Enabling people to work smarter, not harder, makes a huge difference. A place on G-Cloud 13 makes it easy for public sector and third sector organisations to access our solutions, innovative technologies and expertise,” says Adam Kantor, CEO of Business Systems.

“Reduced budgets and, often under-resourced public and third sectors need to be able to do more with less. We already work closely with valued public sector customers and as a confirmed supplier in our tenth year we expect to continue to deliver value for money while supporting client journeys.”

G-Cloud 13 will go live on November 9 2022. Until then public sector and third sector organisations can continue to access Business Systems’ solutions through the G-Cloud 12 framework.
